Added a new “Reveal Upload Manager” upload option. Users can now upload large volumes of native files and load files through the desktop application, allowing for faster and more reliable uploads.

Introduced a new feature that streamlines loading DAT data directly from S3. Previously, users were required to manually run find-and-replace operations on file paths using external tools before uploading. With this update, users can select an S3 folder, configure rendering fields, and adjust DAT file paths directly within the browser, significantly reducing the time required to load and index documents directly from S3.

Blackout Redactions

Updated the redaction preview in Spreadsheet View to properly display partial cell redactions. In Preview mode, cells with partial redactions now show exactly how they will appear when printed or produced. Redaction labels for partial cells have been updated to include spaces and brackets around the label—for example, a label of Redacted will now display as “ [Redacted] “ to clearly indicate the redacted portion.

Field Profiles

Added the ability for users with the Manage Field Profile permission to control Fixed Fields at the profile level. Administrative users can now define the default view for new projects, including access to specific field profiles and which fixed fields are visible to each user. Users with the Manage Field Profiles permission will see a new Fixed tab in the modal, displaying all fixed fields in a grid.

Hit Reports

Enhanced the Hit Report Results page to display relevant metadata, including Job Name, Source, Search Profile, Total Unique Documents, Documents Without Hits, Documents Searched, Term Folders, Saved Searches, Field With Results, and Work Folders, making it easier to understand the context and scope of the report under Project Admin > Wordlists.

Indexing

Optimized data load performance by disabling auto-indexing for the “Extracted” text set. Previously, a high number of errors in this set was slowing down indexing and impacting overall throughput. Now, metadata is available for review right away, while text tokenization runs in the background as a non-blocking process for more efficient loads.

Updated the system to correctly handle archive extraction when file extraction is disabled. Top-level archive files and child archive files will be extracted, while top-level non-archive files will not. For example, when uploading a ZIP file and an email with a child, the ZIP file will be extracted, while the email with a child will not be extracted.

Updated the Processing Settings modal UI across the General, Numbering, and OCR tabs to improve usability and consistency across the platform.

Added the ability to create new items such as Custodian, Location, or Source directly from the Bulk Actions toolbar in the upload workflow. Users can now open a modal form to create a new item without leaving the page. Once saved, the new item is applied to all selected files and added to the list for future use, streamlining the workflow and saving time.

The “Allow Duplicates” checkbox has been re-added to the Uploader job configuration in the Upload > Setup screen. This allows users to disable de-duplication for a single upload, overriding the project settings, which simplifies workflows for one-off jobs.

Now, when reopening the job, the selected Spreadsheet Set stays selected instead of resetting to “Select.” Also, when a PDF Set and Spreadsheet Set share the same name, choosing the Spreadsheet Set is no longer overridden by the PDF Set.

An issue where the agent would fall off a processing job while some tasks were still in progress was fixed. Jobs now automatically recover by reassigning the agent and continuing processing when a task gets stuck.

The native view now opens correctly the first time, and navigation between documents using the arrows no longer causes the error: “The Native View for this document was not found. Fixed an issue in the Processing Overview grid where applying filters, such as Project Name or Date, did not update pagination or the total job count, which resulted in empty pages showing “No results.”

The User field now displays the actual submitting user, and “Submitted from Discovery Manager” appears only for jobs created directly in Discovery Manager.
