Export

In certain examples of Teams exports, the 24 hour rendered chunks would not be generated as expected. In large part these are instances were both Teams and standard email were included in the PST. Additional logic has been implemented to better identify Teams messages and ensure the proper rendering path is followed.

Short Message renderings could display messages out of chronological order, making it difficult to follow the chat conversation. Handling has been improved to ensure this data is sorted chronologically as expected.

Fixed an issue where native rendering short message data resulted in situations where participants in a conversation would be assigned the same color, making it difficult to distinguish between participants.

An issue was identified where the Review Append export process (under Exports > Review Append) was completing with errors. Although the export would finish, unexpected errors occurred during processing, potentially impacting the completeness or integrity of the exported data. Review Append exports now complete without errors, ensuring reliability and accuracy in the export process.

An issue sometimes occurred during import jobs, where batching logic caused files to process multiple times and generating duplicate records for Short Message data processed with Aspose. This logic has been improved to prevent this duplication.

When batching emails for Aspose processing, an issue with logic could result in the reuse of a project/text path, overwriting an existing file with a new one, and ultimately point to an incorrect record. This logic has been improved to prevent the reuse of project/text paths on different documents.

Exports configured with a de-duplication scope could fail to run due to an issue related to SQL. This has been corrected so that the selected de-duplication scope is applied as expected, and jobs exports are able to complete as intended.

When editing an existing saved search, if a search profile was originally applied, its now properly pulled back and displayed.

Added a new option for PDF productions to allow for the reuse of existing PDF numbering based on prior PDF production jobs.

There was an issue where Reports in Reveal weren't showing all the results after running a User Action report. This has been fixed, and users can now view all results.

When a user was invited to create a password for a new account, or reset a password, their email link would expire after 5 minutes. This link is now valid for 12 hours.

Document Review

Resolved an issue where using a PDF set as a source wouldn't maintain existing stamping from prior production jobs. The system will now correctly carry forward stamped PDFs when used as a source in a new production.

Project Administration

An error was identified when converting MHT or Word files to native PDF or images using certain date/time replacement options. If the document did not contain a valid date/time value, the system defaulted to the minimum possible value. The issue has been resolved. Documents without valid date/time values will now be handled properly during conversion, preventing the exception and ensuring successful imaging and native PDF generation when using date replacement options.

An issue was identified where the default sort order defined in a field profile was not being applied when running a saved search. In affected cases, no sort was applied at all, requiring users to manually sort the results. This has now been resolved. Saved searches will now respect the default sort order as defined in the field profile, and modifications to profile fields will no longer clear the default sort settings.

Production and Export

In production jobs where the source is set to PDF, Slipsheet text was getting cut off if the inserted content—such as a file name—was too long. This resulted in incomplete text appearing in the produced PDFs. While decreasing the font size served as a temporary workaround, the issue has now been addressed with a long-term solution. Slipsheet text will now be dynamically adjusted or wrapped to ensure it is fully visible in the final output.

Searching and Filtering

Fixed an issue where, after executing a search from the Dashboard, Grid, Communications, or Heatmap, the Clusters View tab would not update and reflect searches from other tabs. Now, Clusters View is synced to searches across tabs.
