Overview of Key Features
Blackout Redactions
Blackout is coming out of Feature Flag and it is now available for all users. It has been enhanced to provide improved redaction, labeling, and production workflows for spreadsheets.
Search and Redact
Users can now search across spreadsheets and apply redactions directly from search results, simplifying large-scale redaction workflows.Labels During Preview, Print, and Produce
When previewing, printing, or producing documents, users can include or exclude redactions by label, offering greater control over which redactions appear in the final output.Updated Production Workflow
The production process now includes a new default slipsheet rule for PDF + Spreadsheet productions, streamlining and standardizing output.Redaction Tracking
To improve workflows and filtering precision, an additional redactions tracking “by view” was introduced.
Reveal Support
A new Doc360 Widget was added to the header in the Reveal product. This opens the Reveal resource center which provides links to release notes, documentation, Reveal Academy, and support wight at the fingertips of the users, without having to go directly to Reveal’s knowledge base.
