There are five general stages of the Logikcull for Public Records request process. A request will pass through each stage beginning with request submission and ending with the release of requested information.
A description of each stage is below.

1 | Submitted | Requests are submitted by the requesting party. |
2 | Agency Review | Submitted requests are reviewed for validity and jurisdiction by the agency responsible for fulfilling the request. |
3 | Processing | Requested information is collected, reviewed, redacted, and packaged for the requestor. |
4 | Final Approval | Request is reviewed for quality assurance purposes by the agency prior to release of information. |
5 | Released | Approved records are released back to the requesting party, completing the request. |
