Key Features Highlights
Support OneDrive Modern Attachments in Outlook
Collecting OneDrive modern attachments just got easier. A new checkbox, “Collect OneDrive Attachments,” has been added to the Outlook enterprise creation flow, unchecked by default. When enabled, it triggers collection of OneDrive/SharePoint modern attachments using the existing datasource credentials—no additional user input required.

This feature is included in this release but currently turned off by default. It will not appear in your environment unless it is manually enabled by Onna. Contact your Customer Success Manager is you’d like to learn more or request access.

Fixed Issues
Connect and Collect
2880 (S14) Fixed an issue in the Box folder picker where pagination was skipping folder ranges between pages. Folder listings now paginate correctly for uninterrupted navigation.
3001 (S14) A delay in the Slack Enterprise integration where the “Synced Channels” section in the Origin Details panel would not appear immediately after sync has been resolved. The section now loads promptly and as expected.
2746 (S15) Resolved an issue where numbered lists from Quip were displayed as bullet points when synced into Onna. Numbered lists now retain their original formatting after sync.
1064 (S15) Addressed an issue where enabling the Smart Alerts column in Table view caused other columns to display no data. Table view now shows all column data correctly regardless of Smart Alerts settings.
2896 (S15) Resolved an issue where Dropbox one-time syncs did not sync any data. One-time sync now correctly syncs data similar to Auto-sync.
Search
2308 (S15) Fixed a mismatch in search term report tagging counts. After re-running the report, tagging modal now correctly shows the same number of files as displayed under File Count and Files W/ Family Count.
3043 (S15) Fixed rendering issues in File Type and Communication dashboard charts. Switching to Chart view now displays full, complete circles.
2565 (S15) Resolved an issue where identity searches by email returned incorrect results when the email did not match the identity. Searches now correctly return the matching UID.
Exports
2878 (S15) Fixed a problem where selecting SFTP (Private Key) for Cloud Transfers prompted for a password instead of allowing private key input. Private key input fields now display correctly.
