Fixed Issues

Getting Started

  • 2476 (S13) The issue with an incorrect two-factor authentication (2FA) prompt during the login flow has been resolved. Users logging in with a standard username and password will no longer encounter the unnecessary 2FA message.

Administration

  • 2741 (S12) Resolved an issue where user actions inside the Onna platform were not being recorded in Audit Logs. Logs are now generated correctly for all user activity, supporting compliance and traceability.

Connect and Collect

  • 2805 (S12) Addressed a persistent issue affecting Dropbox one-time syncs, where every attempt failed with a DS012 error, even for folders that previously synced successfully. The issue has been resolved to restore normal sync functionality.

  • 1374 (S13) An issue where Microsoft Teams filters failed to process due to a validation error with ConversationMember userId has been resolved. The filter now processes successfully into Onna as expected.

  • 2679 (S13) Resolved an issue in the Outlook Enterprise connector, where content failed to display when a datasource was created outside a workspace. Previously, mailboxes and folders appeared empty despite containing resources. The fix ensures folder hierarchy and content display correctly for both user-level and workspace-level datasources.

Exports

  • 2549 (S12) Added automatic export of EndDoc (Control Number) and EndAttach (Last document's Control Number in the same GroupID; blank if standalone). This enhancement simplifies document family analysis by removing the need for manual processing in Excel.

  • 2749 (S12) Fixed an issue where selecting “Generate CSV report with metadata” incorrectly produced a .DAT file. The system now correctly exports metadata as a .CSV file.

  • 1104 (S13) The issue where canvas exports to PDF failed when changing timezones has been resolved. Previously, exports generated broken HTML instead of PDFs due to the renderer's inability to process canvas resources during timezone-triggered regeneration. The solution avoids regenerating canvas exports on timezone change, as they do not include date-based content. Canvas exports now function correctly across timezones.
