New Features

Original owner access is revoked upon successful transfer.

New Features

Connect and Collect

OneDrive attachments collected from Slack Enterprise now display the correct source type, such as “OneDrive” or “OneDrive Enterprise,” ensuring consistency across modern attachments like Google Drive.

Update Features

Administration

User Management access has been improved to support data sharing and user deletion workflows. Administrators can now easily navigate to the User Management section to view, search, and manage user accounts.

Update Features

Connect and Collect

The data source creation flow now supports multiple authorized connections for modern attachments. Users can select and configure multiple credentials during setup. All selected connection are accurately stored and processed as part of the data source configuration.

Updated Features

Search

Users can now save selected search fields and column configurations in the Table view.  The saved table configuration persists across sessions and page reloads.

Fixed Issues

Admin

  • 2666 (S10)  The issue with loading folders for non-admin users timing out in Dropbox Business has been resolved.

  • 2595 (S10) The issue with group names appearing outside of the “Add User to Group” form has been resolved. Group names now display correctly within the form as intended.

  • 2594 (S10) The issue where the “Done” button disappeared on the “Add to Groups” form due to a long list of groups has been resolved. The form now ensures the button remains visible, with scrollable or paginated group options as needed.

  • 2648 (S11)  The issue in SharePoint Workspace configuration, where the parent site could not be expanded, has been resolved.

  • 2512 (S11) The issue causing inconsistent identity recommendations for custodians based on first and last names has been resolved. Identity mapping now returns consistent and accurate recommendations using user names and/or email addresses.

Connect and Collect

  • 2500 (S10)  The issue preventing the removal of a source hold in Onna for an open matter has been resolved.

  • 2639 (S10)  The issue where Slack Enterprise data source has failed to re-sync has been resolved.

  • 2488 (S10) The issue where the Zoom modal would persist and reopen automatically after being dismissed has been resolved. The modal no longer reappears when returning to the Add Source section unless explicitly selected again.

  • 2575 (S10) The issue where Slack Enterprise archive sources were missing recent conversation updates—primarily affecting DM data sources—has been resolved. All recent Slack conversations now successfully sync into Onna in alignment with the defined scope of the archive data source.

  • 2326 (S10) The issue causing delays in mirroring Slack retention policies for the accounts has been resolved. Onna now correctly deletes conversations in accordance with the configured Slack retention settings, ensuring accurate data management and preventing unnecessary storage overages.

Search

  • 2485 (S10)  The issue with search filters not clearing when running multiple searches has been resolved.

  • 2509 (S10) The enhancement requested to persist selected search fields and column configurations in the Table View has been implemented. Users can now save their preferred table setup, which remains intact across sessions and page reloads, improving efficiency and user experience.

  • 2751 (S11) The issue causing raw HTML <mark> tags to appear in search result titles has been resolved. Search term hits in titles are now displayed as bolded text, ensuring proper formatting and improved readability consistent with the descriptions.

  • 2565 (S11) The issue with incorrect identity query payloads when searching by email—especially when the source account email differs from the identity email—has been resolved. Identity searches now correctly return results regardless of email mismatches between source accounts and identities.

  • 2303 (S11) The issue blocking users from executing new keyword searches after running a saved search has been resolved. Onna now consistently runs the user-provided search query via the UI, ensuring valid searches are executed without reverting to previously saved searches.

  • 2302 (S11) The issue preventing users from running multiple saved searches consecutively has been resolved. Onna now properly executes each saved search without hanging, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted search functionality.

  • 2017 (S11) The issue where existing resources were not appearing in search results has been resolved. All files processed into Onna are now correctly returned within search results as expected.

  • 1376 (S11)  The issue causing Google Drive source filters to fail processing due to invalid date values has been resolved. Filters now process successfully into Onna, ensuring accurate and timely data synchronization.

Exports

  • 2786 (S11) The issue preventing the addition of Logikcull credentials in the Cloud Transfers section has been resolved. Users can now successfully add Logikcull as a cloud credential without encountering the “Admin credentials cannot be added” notification.

  • 2640 (S11) The issue causing the metadata CSV file to appear empty due to an extra escape character in the PDFPath field has been resolved. Metadata CSV files now generate correctly for all exports, displaying content properly without formatting issues in Excel or Numbers.
