Administration
2973 (S16) Fixed an SSO login issue for Salesforce users in Onna Enterprise. Affected users are now able to log in via Okta without getting stuck on the login page.
3145 (S17) An issue where email notifications for shared sources displayed incorrect permission labels has been resolved. Notifications now correctly label permissions as View, Edit, or Manage.
Connect and Collect
3073 (S16) Resolved an issue where a one-time Slack sync erroneously sent a completion email 10 days after the job was stopped. Collections that are paused now correctly remain inactive, and no emails are sent unless data is actually synced.
2759 (S17) An issue where Quip sources displayed “Completed with exceptions” even after ingestion and notification were successfully completed has been fixed.. Both ingestion and processing now complete successfully.
3036 (S17) Resolved an issue where Confluence ingestion showed status as “Completed with exceptions” while data was missing for specific spaces. Ingestion status and results now align correctly.
2672 (S17) Fixed an issue where the Select all/Deselect all option in the Update Groups modal appeared outside modal borders. The option now displays properly inside the modal.
2221 (S17) An inconsistency where processing notes were incorrectly shown as exceptions in sync-status has been fixed. Now only true exceptions trigger “Completed with exceptions.”
2180 (S17) Fixed an issue with Box syncing where errors were thrown inconsistently. Files now sync correctly without unnecessary errors.
Search
3034 (S17) An issue where switching to Chart view disabled all “Period of time” options has been resolved. Users can now switch between different time options without issue.
Export
2795 (S16) Resolved an issue where users could not properly select multiple recipients for email notifications during Export to Logikcull. Users can now select multiple recipients as expected when exporting results.
3135 (S17) Fixed an issue where the “Select All” button on metadata screens was hidden by horizontal scroll. The button is now visible and accessible.
3032 (S17) An issue in exports where PST files grouped all contents as a single family has been resolved. Exports now maintain proper parent-child relationships between emails and attachments.
2640 (S17) Fixed an bug where metadata.csv exports were generated empty. Metadata CSV files now generate correctly with full content.
2268 (S17) An issue where ongoing exports caused all other exports to disappear upon page reload has been resolved. Reloading no longer removes existing exports.
1402 (S17) Fixed an issue in CSV exports where specific attachment fields were missing or misplaced. CSV reports now include all required fields.
