Administration
3144 (S19) Fixed an issue where marking a workspace as Favorite displayed no results in the Favorites menu. Favorites now correctly display all related workspaces when selected from the left-navigation menu.
3197 (S19) Resolved an issue where users were unable to view held sources inside a source hold. Attempting to navigate resulted in infinite loading and console errors. Held sources now load automatically when accessing a source hold.
3258 (S19) Fixed an issue with title disappearing from the search input field when searching within Preservations. The location tile now remains visible consistently, ensuring clear navigation context.
Connect and Collect
3229 (S18) Fixed an issue where On-Prem Confluence collections did not collect all pages, while still reporting as synced with no failures. All pages are now collected, or a failure/exception report is generated for any missed data.
3215 (S18) Resolved a Box Enterprise folder selection issue where “Any file at top level” was incorrectly set syncing all user data. The option now respects correct folder selection logic.
3213 (S18) Fixed an issue where “Select all folders” only selected the first 100 paginated folders instead of all available folders. Selecting “All folders” now correctly includes all folders in the backend request.
3188 (S18) Addressed a discrepancy in Onna On-Prem collection logs where the excluded count did not match the total record count. Logs now correctly display excluded items.
3092 (S18) Fixed an issue in Microsoft Outlook Enterprise where navigating back to the user level via breadcrumb resulted in no data loaded. Returning now correctly loads all user folders.
3025 (S18) Fixed an issue with Onna Retention where old resources not on preservation were not being deleted. Data outside of retention is now removed as expected.
2221 (S18) Corrected an inconsistency where “processing notes” were incorrectly marked as exceptions. Now only true exceptions trigger “Completed with exceptions.”
3229 (S19) Fixed an issue where On-Prem Confluence collections did not capture all pages. Affected collections previously reported as successfully synced, despite missing pages and no logging references. All pages are now correctly collected, and missed data will generate a failure or exception report.
3286 (S19) Resolved an issue where users could not create a workspace template when selecting Custom Fields or Folder Structure in the Elements to import dropdown before selecting a template. The Create Template button remained disabled even after all required fields were completed. The button now enables as expected once valid selections are made.
2539(S19) Corrected an authorization error occurring when clicking on an attachment link inside a Slack conversation. The system now correctly redirects users to the attachment.
Export
3032 (S18) Resolved a critical export issue where PST attachments were incorrectly grouped under the PST file itself, rather than maintaining proper parent-child relationships between emails and attachments. Exports now follow eDiscovery best practices.
2268 (S18) Fixed an issue where ongoing exports caused all other exports to disappear upon page reload. Reloading now preserves all existing exports.
Integrated Legal Holds
3166 (S19) Investigated and fixed an issue where legal hold notices failed when uploading custodians via CSV. Despite correct formatting, 25 out of 52 custodians were not processed, requiring manual correction. CSV uploads now process all custodians reliably without errors.
Preservations
3176 (S18) Fixed an issue where sorting columns in the Preservations page did not work. Sorting now functions correctly across all columns.
