Updated Features

Connect and Collect

Updated the Slack connector to prevent the creation of new non-Enterprise Slack connections. Existing non-Enterprise connections remain fully functional and unaffected until Slack officially removes support. This change is controlled via a feature flag in production to ensure a smooth and controlled transition for customers. 3062(S23)

Updated Features

Connect and Collect

Enhanced Slack Enterprise ingestion to ensure that original file attachments embedded directly within Canvas and List content are collected correctly. Previously, certain attachments were only ingested if associated with comments. The ingestion logic has now been updated to capture all valid file attachments present in Canvas and List content, improving completeness and accuracy of collected data. 3695(S24)

Fixed Issues

Administration

3681 (S23) Resolved an issue in versioned data sources where empty resources were incorrectly sent to Compute after a binary retrieval failure—and subsequently the entire data source—as permanently failed. Empty resources are no longer sent to Compute when binary retrieval fails and all data sources are synced successfully without being marked as failed.

Connect and Collect

3666 (S23) Fixed an issue in the Add New Confluence modal that prevented users from switching to the Login with User and Password authentication option. Users can now seamlessly toggle between authentication methods as expected.

3661 (S23) Corrected a search malfunction on the Add New GitHub Source page where the repository search field failed to filter results reliably. In some cases, typing caused characters to be replaced instead of appended. The search now updates results in real time and preserves the user’s input without modification.

3659 (S23) Resolved an issue on the Add New GitHub Source page where the repository list disappeared after selecting a repository to sync. The list now remains visible, allowing users to complete configuration without interruption.

3671 (S23) Resolved an issue in the Add New Quip modal where clicking Configure without entering an Access Token did not trigger any UI validation. A clear validation message is now displayed, indicating that the Access Token field is required.

3626 (S23) Resolved an issue where Zoom credentials could not be renewed from the Details panel after being invalidated. The Renew Credentials action now works correctly for Zoom connectors, aligning behavior with other connectors such as Slack and Confluence.

3537 (S23) Fixed an issue where deleting existing workspaces failed with a generic “Failed to delete workspace” message. Users with the appropriate permissions can now delete workspaces successfully. In cases where deletion is not permitted, a clear and accurate message is shown explaining the reason.

3764 (S24) Resolved an issue in the Google Workspace – Add Source flow where entering an invalid domain returned a backend validation error that was not surfaced in the UI. Instead of a generic Something went wrong message, users now see a clear and specific error indicating that the entered domain is invalid.

3686 (S24) Fixed an issue in the Zendesk – Add Source flow where returning to the previous step from the Configuration screen caused the modal to load with no content. Navigating back now correctly reloads the prior step with all expected fields and data.

3672 (S24) Resolved an issue in the Slack – Add Source flow where navigating back after completing Slack authorization caused incorrect content to load in the initial step. The modal now correctly displays the appropriate content for each step when moving backward through the flow.

Getting Started

3547 (S23) Fixed a notification issue where sharing a resource (file) that contained attachments caused both the in-app Notification modal and email notification to display the name of the first attachment instead of the actual shared resource. Notifications now correctly show the name of the shared resource (file), and all referenced links point to the proper item.

Search

3642 (S23) Fixed a critical issue that caused excessive logging and delays during Direct Message (DM) collection. The issue stemmed from repeated processing of a specific DM filter due to nested Canvas and List resources, resulting in duplicated resource collection and potential infinite loops. Logging has been optimized, eliminating unnecessary repetition and improving collection performance.
