Lift a Hold

After issuing a hold, there may be cases where you need to lift the hold e.g., the case is closed or scope is reduced.  

1. Select the Issued Hold you want to Edit.

2. Select the Lift Hold button in the top right corner.

   

3. Confirm the action by clicking Yes.
