Export

Fixed a bug that would cause production exports spanning multiple batches to incorrectly flag native files as “Missing Native: Not defined”, preventing natives from being exported for documents beyond the first batch. Native files are now exported correctly across all batches.

PROC-9468

Fix

OCR

Resolved an issue where the TextFileSize export field was not populated for OCR-processed documents, causing a value of 0 to be exported. The field now correctly reports the size of the OCR-generated text, ensuring more accurate export metadata for documents processed with OCR.

RENT-24962

Review Manager

Corrected an issue that would cause the Load Field dropdown to appear empty when creating or editing Text Sets in Review Manager. Users can now successfully select a load field and configure text sets as expected.

Fixed a bug where the ChildCount value was not populated correctly for master and duplicate files containing embedded objects.

Corrected a bug where ExpectedChildCount was not populated for standalone .eml master and duplicate files with attachments, causing the value to remain at zero despite existing child files. ExpectedChildCount now accurately reflects the number of attachment children for both master and duplicate .eml files.

Resolved an issue where RSMF threaded events sent shortly before midnight were incorrectly rounded to the next day during thread family calculations, causing messages to be assigned to the wrong thread family or treated as standalone.

Improved handling of orphaned task retries after an agent crash. Previously, retry logic assumed a different agent would process the retry, which would prevent task completion when the same agent picked it up. Additional logic has been added to clean up the previous task state when the same agent processes the retry, allowing the task to progress successfully

Addressed a bug where production jobs using Image View (Legacy) as the imaging source would run indefinitely and eventually fail instead of completing successfully.

Fixed a bug where Update Data in Review Manager would fail with the error “Column ‘Field_Name’ does not allow nulls.” Update Data now completes successfully without errors.
