Document Viewer

Fixed an issue where the original document remained selected when navigating to a family member or near duplicate in the Document Viewer, unintentionally triggering multi-document coding behavior. The previous selection is now cleared so coding actions apply only to the intended document.

Document Viewer

An issue preventing reviewers from coding near duplicates individually when pre-existing coding was present has been resolved. Reviewers can now deselect the primary document and apply coding only to the intended related document, while the Document Viewer displays the correct near duplicate count.

Folders

Deleting an existing folder no longer causes subsequent folder builds to silently fail. Folder hierarchies now rebuild correctly instead of reporting successful completion while leaving affected folders and subfolders missing.

Resolved an issue where duplicate documents would remain pending during Dupe Propagation and prevent imports from reaching Finalize.

Import

Fixed an issue where repeated SQL deadlocks during the OrganizeTask stage would cause imports to error and require manual resumption. Deadlocked operations now continue retrying until successful, allowing the import to proceed as expected.

Corrected a bug where MAPI import jobs would encounter an "Error extracting child: Error in IMessage.OpenAttach: MAPI_E_NO_ACCESS" error when extracting email attachments. Affected attachments now process without triggering the error.

Promote to Review

Extended the timeout for Promote-to-Review operations to prevent large ECA document selections from failing during export creation. Large selections can now be promoted from ECA to Review without timing out or displaying the “Communication with the server has failed” error.

RENT-22698

Production

Addressed an issue that would cause shared production files to become unavailable when deleting an Image or PDF Set that referenced the same production job as other sets. Deleting a set no longer affects the shared files used by remaining sets.

Redactions

Fixed an issue where redactions would not reload correctly after switching between Text Sets. Redactions now display correctly for the selected Text Set without carrying over.
